Don't tell the boss

A revised version of this post got printed (anonymously) in the Workers Charter newspaper, to impressed reviews. I've written another column along similar lines, but I don't think I should post it here in case the boss gets suspicious and starts googling. (Hah! They'd come up with much more scandalous info that way, of course.) I could actually post it behind a friendslock, but that would mean that many people who read this but aren't on my friendslist wouldn't get it. Hmmm. What to do? Of course all the Kiwis should just get the paper (it's still free at the moment!), but what about my overseas readers?

darthsappho just sent me the DVD footage from the Valve farewell gig. Ewww. My vote is flat and cracked in several places - it sounds like I was having trouble singing in tune and playing synth at the same time. I'm jumping up and down like a lunatic, and I appear to have been eating chocolates in a closet for thirty years. No lie, I look the Hindenburg in a black dress. I'm sure the live version of "Weekend Witch" can be salvaged with careful editing, but I doubt there is any hope for the visuals.
