John Key trolls everyone

1) Rodney and Franklin districts whine about being in the SuperCity;
2) Government circulates bogus plan to split both districts in half, with half going into the SuperCity;
3) Rodney and Franklin whine even louder, demanding that their districts be kept together;
4) Government "backs down" and includes all of Rodney and Franklin in the SuperCity.

This is frankly brilliant political chess and I wonder why no-one else seems to have noticed that the whole point of this manoeuvre was to keep Rodney and Franklin in Super-Auckland in their entirety.

... and yet they're playing the urgency card mainly because Brownlee can't fucking figure out what's meant to be happening in the House the next day, let alone the next week or the next month, and so they keep being all WHAT CAN WE DO OH NOES all over the place.
