Sexual Harrassment Panda

I know that ordinary furries can't be expected to answer for this freak any more than, for example, Californians have to answer for Ronald Reagan, but still... yeesh. Is this a case of the famous Geek Social Fallacy - that subcultures (and small political parties) end up full of scumbags because everyone thinks it would be mean to exclude them?
